Refund Policy

1. Overview
Runs For You LLC (“RunsForYou”) is committed to delivering high-quality, exclusive leads to our clients. We understand that lead quality is paramount to your business, and we stand behind every lead we deliver. This Refund Policy outlines our commitment to quality and the circumstances under which refunds or lead replacements may be issued.
2. Lead Replacement Guarantee
We replace leads at no additional charge if they meet any of the following criteria:
Invalid Contact Information: The phone number provided is disconnected, wrong, or consistently unreachable after multiple documented contact attempts.
Outside Service Area: The homeowner's property is located outside your specified and agreed-upon service radius or zip codes.
Non-Homeowner: The lead is not a legitimate homeowner (e.g., renter, commercial property, or fraudulent submission).
Duplicate Lead: The same homeowner has been delivered to you more than once within the same campaign period.
No Intent: The homeowner denies requesting information about the service and has no interest in receiving a quote.
3. How to Request a Replacement
To request a lead replacement, contact us at hello@runsforyou.com within 7 business days of receiving the lead. Please include the lead details, the reason for the replacement request, and any supporting documentation (e.g., call logs showing contact attempts). Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Leads Not Eligible for Replacement
The following situations do not qualify for lead replacement:
Leads where the homeowner was interested but decided not to proceed after speaking with your team. Leads that were not contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Leads where the homeowner is interested but is shopping multiple quotes (competitive situations are normal). Leads where the homeowner postponed the project to a later date. Disputes based solely on subjective lead quality assessments without documented evidence.
5. Refund Policy for Service Fees
Month-to-Month Agreements: Since RunsForYou operates on month-to-month agreements, clients may cancel their service at any time with written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once services have been rendered (i.e., leads have been delivered and/or campaigns have been active).
Pre-Paid Services: If a client has pre-paid for services that have not yet been delivered, the unused portion may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at RunsForYou's discretion.
Setup or Onboarding Fees: Any setup, onboarding, or campaign build fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as these cover the cost of market research, campaign creation, and initial optimization.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of a replacement or refund request, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Existing clients will be notified of material changes via email.
